Privacy

Parlor checks where a company shows up on Google, Bing and AI assistants, and helps fix what it finds. To do that it keeps some data about you and your site. This page says what, why, for how long, and how to make it go away. Updated 16 October 2026.

The short version

What we collect, and why

Google user data

Parlor's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Search Console and Google Analytics data are used only to show you, inside Parlor, how your own pages perform and what changed, and to work out the grades on your report. It is not transferred to anyone except as needed to provide that, with your consent, or as required by law. It is not used for advertising, and no person at Parlor reads it except to fix a problem you asked about or as required by law.

Who else handles the data

Parlor runs on Cloudflare (hosting, storage and email routing). Checks are made by asking OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity and Google AI the buyer questions, and DataForSEO for search results; those providers receive the questions and your category, never your email or Search Console data. Emails are sent through Resend. Sign-in is through Clerk. When billing starts, payments will be through Stripe, and Parlor will never see your card number. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists, so each report can show what changed since the last one. A free check requested without an account is kept for twelve months. Delete your account and everything about you and your site is removed within thirty days, except records we must keep by law.
